Step 1: Identify & Acquire

Our research team uses proprietary data to pinpoint high-potential assets in key markets. With a tech-driven approach, we underwrite a broad segment of the U.S. housing market, sourcing properties through bulk sales, MLS, off-market, and direct-to-consumer channels. Each property is then renovated to meet investment-quality standards and made resident-ready.

Step 2: Renovate & Ready

We invest an average of $25,000 per home in renovations through a network of local contractors, enhancing property quality while benefiting the local economy. We co-invest with partners in SFR portfolios, structuring deals for optimal returns, and have the flexibility to secure financing through public or private credit markets.

Our in-house property management team handles leasing and operations across all our rental markets, assuming lease-up risk while ensuring excellent resident experiences.
